Why isn't there a cap calculator for the current season?
Due to the complexity of daily cap tracking, CapGeek.com does not offer an "in-season" cap calculator. On the first day of each regular season, the cap calculator rolls over to the following season. For example, when the 2011-12 season opened on Oct. 6, 2011, the cap calculator rolled over to 2012-13.
CapGeek.com plans to have an in-season cap calculator in the future.
